I need help figuring out why my forms are not showing up. Here is the link to my page.

Hi Paul!

There is some CSS that is setting the font to white which makes it appear invisible:

Try adding the following CSS to a plugin like My Custom CSS:

.entry, .entry p {
color: #f50c0c;
font: 300 15px/1.5em "Helvetica Neue",Helvetica,sans-serif;
}
