Something went wrong because we're missing the registration ID

Hi – is anyone else experiencing this problem?

When I click Change Event / Ticket Selection and move a registrant to a different date, I get an error at the top of the screen that says “something went wrong because we’re missing the registration ID.” This is the first time I’ve seen that error and I’ve been using EE for several years.

Also, when I set status to Pending Payment and select “yes” to send related messages, nothing is sent. Nothing appears in Messages Queued for Generating – nothing.

Is anyone experiencing a similar issue?

Hi there,

We fixed this in v4.10.23.p, your site is currently running v4.10.22.p

Can you update to the latest version and see if you get the same issue then?

If you don’t see the update available on your site go to Event Espresso -> General Settings and just hit save to force a version check.
