Some users getting repeated spinning gear, can't pay

I am having an issue where some users are absolutely unable to get past the registration screen to payment. The spinning gear just stays in place.

Frustrating, as registration has been going smoothly until today and I can’t replicate the error myself.

The spinning wheel appears for single/multiple registrations when users click the “proceed to payment” screen.

I tried to replicate the error too and could not. Can you check with the users that had trouble with the form and see if they can go to

and ask them to send the information to you? This may be a browser related issue specific to a problem on your website and it’d be good to rule that out.
