Hi, I need all my tickets to show as tax not included, as you see the asterick beside the price. However, I copied some existing tickets and lowered the price, and now it’s not showing as taxable. This is a problem and I’m offering a no-tax promotional code, which would double the discount on these tickets.
Advanced Editor is set under default settings – I need to find out where the click ticket is taxable link is. As I mentioned, I just copied an older ticket that was showing fine, figuring all the settings would copy over and I would just change the price. Any help would be appreciated thanks.
If you copied a ticket that is already set to include tax, then the duplicate ticket should already be set up with the tax, that’s happening on my tickets.
To set a ticket up as taxable within the advanced editor you edit the ticket:
However, the price will be locked if you already have registrations on that ticket, in which case you will need to create a new ticket and set the taxes on that, then expired the other.
