We have the events and checkout pages working, but a couple shortcodes are not working. We’ve searched Google and these forums extensively and haven’t found a solution that works. The shortcodes in question are below:

[ESPRESSO_EDIT_PROFILE]
[ESPRESSO_MY_EVENTS]

We’re trying to use these in a user dashboard where a customer can login and see their past and upcoming events, and update their account information. All other EE4 shortcodes seem to be working. This is on a dev site, so I don’t want to post links to it in a semi-public forum such as this.

The following I share with you preemptively in case you ask…
Host: WP Engine
WordPress Version: 4.2.2
EE4 Version: 4.6.30.p
PHP Version: 5.5.9-1ubuntu4.9
MySQL Version: 5.6.24
Web Server Info: Apache

We’re using the “X-theme.”

The following plugins are also installed:
Akisent 3.1.1
Event Espresso 4.6.30.p
Event Espresso – Calendar (EE 4.3+) 3.2.2.p
Event Espresso – WP Users (EE4.6+) 1.1.3.p
Gravity Forms 1.9.9
Revolution Slider 4.6.5
s2Member Framework Version 150311
WordPress SEO by Yoast 2.1.1
WPBakery Visual Composer 4.3.5
X – Shortcodes 3.0.5

So far as we can tell, all other shortcodes appear to be working, both EE4 shortcodes and others.

Hi Matthew,

It turns out the shortcodes you listed here are only available with the EE3 version of the WP User Integration add-on. They do not work with EE4.

We’re working on a feature for the EE4 WP user integration add-on that will add a list of registrations to the standard WP user profile page. I’ll update this thread when it’s ready.

There’s an update to the WP User Integration add-on that adds a list of registrations in the user’s profile page. It includes links that they can click on to edit their registration info/details. Here’s a screenshot that shows what it looks like:
