Will guest user will be given separate tickets and are they searchable?

They can get separate tickets if you capture their information in the registration form and you have the ticketing add-on installed. Registrations are searchable.

Can we load people into the system then email them a BOOK NOW link to get a special price or FREE ticket? Marketo?

No.

Can we import into Event Espresso from a spreadsheet?

No.

Is the Registration Page flexible in Event Espresso? i.e. can we add extra fields?
