Dear all,
We are thinking about the possibility to buy your plugin and we have some doubts… We access to the trial mode but i cant try the plugin as we need, so i downloaded the free version to confirm if the plugin can give me what i need.
So I installed it and now have some questions i have to know before buy the plugin:
1. When I create questions, the 3rd doenst works. It always fails as i didnt complete the gap… What can I do to confirm the system works?
2. I need to know the pays systems you offer: paypal and… ¿something more as VISA, Mastercard, bank transfer?
Please, can you tell how can i fix all these elements and try the plugin again?

2) You can find a list of all the payment gateways here – https://eventespresso.com/features/payment-options/. Please note that “offline” payments such as bank transfer only provide information to the user they do not facilitate the transfer.

About the first answer, the pluging has incorporate 3 basic questions (name, last name and i cant rementber the 3rd question) and i have one problem: when i put the form into my website and i confirm if it works, th 3rd question (edit or not edit) doesnt works… I complete all the form and the gap the system says to me i didnt complete it so i cant try the plugin…
For another hand, what do you want to say with “only provide information to the user they do not facilitate the transfer.”?

Infosailiing,
The free version doesn’t allow you to create new custom questions. All Event Espresso versions require the First Name, Last Name and Email address. Are you not able to enter the email address? Can you give us a link to see it for ourselves?
Can you clarify your question about facilitating the transfer? You can give your attendees instructions to send you payment with the bank invoice/purchase order offline gateway.

Thanks for your help but i think you didnt understand mee: i “publish” (in reality my website is in “maintenance mode”) the questions and when i am going to try how the plugin works filling the data i cant finish the process beacause the system fails as i dindt fill all the gaps when i did it ok…
I need to fix the problem to try the plugin and make a decision.
For another hand, if you confirm me people can do transfer bank i dont need anymore…. But I have one new doubt: can one teacher register more than one student and finally pay the total of people register?
Sorry but as we work on it we have new doubts!!!!

Is it possible to get access to the registration page (a link and maintenance mode being de-activated) to see exactly what the issue is please?

What I mean by this is that the Bank Transfer gateway will list whatever information you provide to the user about how to do a bank transfer. They will then need to go to their bank or online bank to to it, the plugin does not automate the process for bank transfers, it just shows the information you provide.
This is a screenshot of the admin section for Electronic Funds Transfer gateway (bank transfer) http://d.pr/i/plwl As you can see you fill out the form and these details are shown to the user.

The plugin can be set up to do group bookings, so one person can buy more than one ticket for an event, and pay in one go.
