Hi there,

Can you check to make sure that there is no external object caching set up? If there is object caching set up, you may see something like this in the WordPress > Plugins >Drop-ins page:

https://www.evernote.com/shard/s4/sh/76ec7ede-eb0c-4738-be14-44a777e48062/b25bbddc7bd48527fba9f671db99a0d8

If there is no object caching, or you’ve disabled it, it may help to encode the session data. You can go to Event Espresso > General Settings > Admin Options, then set Encode Session Data? to Yes.

THX
but i do not understand – the link is empty and what is object caching?
We do not use any kind of cache yet.

If i set admin options to yes, what´s next? Do I have to go through buying process?
We are live and have traffic for a current event….

Just another note, we did already trying to fetch why some users have problems and when we did some sample buying, nothing is wrong to ourselfs till now…
We do not know if this happens with Paypal or with wiretransfer to users, we had no problems with both… We still use Paypal standard….

Yes, it’d be best to test the results of making that change to the settings.

One other item that you can do: If you have the WP-Spamshield plugin installed, you will need to set the option to “Disable anti-spam for miscellaneous forms”.

Good to know. You will need to set the Disable anti-spam for miscellaneous forms option on the SpamShield plugin’s settings page to avoid blocking the users from registering for events.
