I am having an issue w sold vs regs in the tickets. being the first time around we did a number of test transactions where we purchased various tickets. but now that the registrations are trashed and permanently deleted, it still is registering those in the sold column which is forcing us to increase the # of available tickets to accurately reflect inventory.

What is the process for manually removing all traces of a ticket sale?
thanks

You first need to remove the payments, then you cancel the registration. At this point you (or Event Espresso support staff) will need to manually reset the sold count in the database using a tool like phpMyadmin. If you need help with that you can complete this form:

There are two:

_esp_ticket tracks the tickets sold (TKT_sold column)
_esp_datetime tracks the related datetime sold (DTT_sold)
