Hello, we have been using this for a while and after a recent update we have discovered that sold out ticket options are no longer showing, it is just removing those ticket options from the list, instead of just showing them as sold out, like it used to. We had a price modifier in place (an early bird discount special) and when we removed that price modifier, any items that were sold out at that point in time, no longer showed as sold out, they were just removed form the available ticket list all together, yet any future ticket options that sold out did show as sold out.
The problem clearly happened when we deleted the price modifiers, but now we have no way of editing those tickets to get them to show as sold out.
So is there a way to delete a price modifier (i.e. have an early bird discount expire) and then have any sold out ticket types still show as sold out?

There are only 8 tables showing, although there are actually 22 tables, 14 of which were sold out prior to removing the early bird special price modifier, but no longer display at all.

Hi Jill,
The latest update should fix the issue you had with removing a price modifier resulting in the ticket getting archived, but not replaced. What happens is when you change the ticket price (which includes removing a price modifier from a ticket), EE will archive the ticket and replace it. There was a bug that prevented the archive feature from replacing the ticket, and that has been fixed. So going forward when you adjust the price of the ticket, it will be archived and a replacement made.
To fix the event that’s missing the display of some of the sold out tickets, you can set up some replacement tickets for the tickets that are not in the list anymore, and set them to sold out (you set the ticket quantity to 0) or expired (you set the sale end date now or earlier).
