Hello
Is there a possibility to show the event but if there is no date than it is autmatically on something like “currently there are no dates available”.
Currently it is solved like that but this is not the right thing.

Hi Mike,
The “sold out” usually means that the number of tickets sold is equal or greater than the capacity set.
If the dates for the event has passed, there should be a different message saying that the event has expired.
Does that help?

The view details button from the ticket selector can be hidden using CSS:
