Sold Out Event Not Working

I have multiple events that have tickets:
1) User can either pay or be invoiced.
2) I registered 2 people to each event (the maximum allowed). I had them select the INVOICE option http://prntscr.com/gu8pdd
3) I need the event to show SOLD OUT on front end when user either pays in full or is invoiced. This is driving me mad.
4) Infact, SOMETIMES the event DOES show SOLD OUT, then I refresh the page and it is available again.

Hi Lori,

You can set the Default Registration status of the “Approved”. What that will do is automatically switch the registrations to Approved when they agree to pay by invoice. Normally it’s only counted as a sold ticket only after payment, and the Default registration status of Approved allows those pending pay by invoice registrations to also count toward the limit.

Regarding item #4, that’s expected because when you start a registration your ticket is reserved while you fill out the registration forms.
