Our default registration status is “approved”. We use Paypal and klarna via quickpay. the quickpay gateway give no payment staus back to event espresso thats the reason we changed the default registration status. is this the problem?
That sounds like the reason. The klarna via quickpay gateway would be best fixed so that it gives the payment status back to Event Espresso. Can you reach out to the developer of that gateway and ask them to fix the gateway?
We recommend switching away from PayPal Standard and start using PayPal Express as its more reliable. You can use the same account type but need different credentials than standard, we have a guide to switching here:
