how do we deactivate social media buttons within these confirmation mails? Our organization doesn’t have Facebook. We didn’t set any information into these social media input fields in the settings section.
You can remove them through the messages editor by going to Event Espresso –> Messages.
Then look for the registration approved message type and click on the Registrant context.
On the next screen, you’ll see the social media buttons. Click on one of them, then click on the X icon to remove it and then delete the word. Repeat this for other social media buttons and then save.
