When I press the blue button to ‘View Full Order Confirmation Receipt’ I get ‘Image not found or type unknown’ next to Event Name, Date/Time, Venue and Registration Details.
Obviously there are small graphics which are not loading regardless if I am logged in or not.
How can I fix this?

Hi Kevin,
It looks like your message templates were set up using EE4 Decaf.
You have a couple of options to fix this, if you haven’t made any changes to the Receipt template you can reset it to so that Event Espresso will regenerate the contact based on the current version, or you can manually edit the URL for the images to fix it.
Event Espresso -> Messages -> Defautl Message Templates -> Receipt -> Edit Purchaser.
If you want to reset the template there is a ‘Reset Templates’ button to do so in the sidebar to the right, just click that and it should fix the above issue.
Or, if you want to manually fix the URLs, look in the EVENT_LIST section, switch the editor to Text mode and search for ‘decaf’ your URL’s will have ‘event-espresso-decaf’ in place of the section I’ve highlighted here:

Change that to be event-espresso-core-reg like in my screenshot. Do that for any URL you find that has event-espresso-decaf and then save.
That should fix the above for you.
