I have combines Event Espresso with the OpenEvent theme. Now there seems to be a conflict between the two, even though at purchase they were said to work together. Can you please help me out?
When you start the registration process, the first four text fields do not have outlines, which means that people do not see them and that is quite annoying, especially as they are mandatory fields.

Just to note, it is physically impossible for us to review every theme and every update to a theme (or other plugins) due to the sheer number of them. If a theme follows best practices and the WP standards you’ll generally have no/few issues but we can not guarantee 100% compatibility with any theme as we could review X on the 1st of the month and then the release an update on the 2nd.
Have you already removed this as I can’t see any author information on that page?

Your event is currently not open for registration to view this, can you create a test event we can register onto to take a look? If you set it to be password protected and post the password here it will prevent your regular users from registering.
