If you remove the personal information step how will users receive the registration confirmations?

Hi,
Sorry for the late response. I’ve totally overlooked the ticket! 🙂
All our customers need to register before they can buy tickets and they don’t need to be reminded to see if their information is still correct.

Hi there,
Currently Event Espresso doesn’t have a feature that allows for removing the personal information step from the event registration process.

Ok, I’ve tried to contact some of the Developers you guy’s display on the site but didn’t get any response. (I’ve send to 4 different developers) Can you help me to get in contact?

We have a contact form here:

There’s an option on the form where you select any 1 of 8 different developers, and they’ll get your request.

If you don’t hear back they may be too busy to take on new work, in which case you can try posting a Project job type for Plugin Development on a site like this one:
