Hi guys, we shifted our site over to a new host last week (same domain) following some issues that we’d previously raised here, and I’ve now got a notification bar stating that the “Support License Key is invalid” on our site.
This is most likely because the old site was still active on the previous server when we migrated initially (it was a rush job), though the plugins have since been deactivated.
Would we be be able to get a support key reset?
Also for some reason we’ve been locked out of posting further in our last support topic. It says “You cannot reply to this support post.”
I’m sorry for the trouble, it looks like your account has not updated correctly which is why you can no longer update your previous post and will also tie in with your support license.
I have asked our sales team to investigate this and fix your account, it may take a little due to time differences but they will post here once fixed.
