Hello, I know this seems to be common, but I wasn’t sure how else to request a key reset. I’m getting the dreaded “You have the correct Site License Key for Espresso Social but your current membership access only allows for automatic upgrades on one domain” message, which I do only have it on one domain. I’ve had this issue before so I believe I just need a key reset, but when I went to request one it was asking me to purchase it. My domain is: megafootballcamps.com
Thank you … that seemed to work on all of the EE plugins except the member add-on for some reason. I was able to auto update my others, but am now getting this message for the member add-on: “There is a new version of Espresso Members available. View What’s New with version 1.9.8. You need a valid Site License Key to enable automatic upgrades. The key you have entered is invalid or expired.”
After a quick look at your account, I don’t see that you have access to the member’s add-on updates. If you purchased access and that’s an error please contact the sales department https://eventespresso.com/contact/ and they’ll help get it figured out so that you can get those updates.
Thank you Garth … I found my receipt for the add-on purchase for the members. I’ll contact sales. Thank you for your help … I’ll respond back here when it’s resolved if that is helpful.
