I got a nag message telling me I had not entered a “site license key” in my installation. After a little head scratching, I realized that’s because in the setting panel, there’s no “site license” key, although there is a “support license key” field. I truly figured I had not purchased a support key so I’d left that field blank.
Afte ra little research on my EE4 account page, way down at the bottom of the page I found my site license keys, also didn’t know I had those because they were way below the fold, so I copied one of those into the “Support” key field and all seems to be happy.
Request in your next build, you pick one common word, and make the site license keys a little easier to find. Thanks!
We are transitioning to “Support License Key” for the messaging and soon you’ll see those changes in your Event Espresso account page and within the software.
