site key not working

I can’t update the software because it says that my site key is only valid for one domain, but I only have one, so I’m not sure how to fix this. There are no spaces in the site key as I entered it, and it was working fine previously.

Hi Sera,

The licence key hasn’t been activated at our end, so can you check it is correct and does not have any spaces before or after it please?

Thanks! There aren’t any spaces, and I also tried erasing it, saving and then re-entering it, to no avail.
