Hi
We use eventespresso for course enrollment with integration with learndash and other plugins. We use the button shorcode and insert it in custome pages and the user do the errollement in the courses with eventespresso. When a user click the enrrollement button (Matricula) they go to the eventespresso registration-checkout page, fill a very short form and end the errollement in the course.The registration is made it, the confirmation email is sended but the thank you page never load and after serveral minutes a 500 error is displayed.

I think we resolved it was a bug with the membership plugin, when the thank you page load the tags of the crm are updated by the membership plugin but because the bug, the page and the site crashed. We was in an hurry so we need all the help possible and so we pay for the support token, anyway, thank you.

Thank you for the update.
Just to note I cancelled your support token request and have removed the credentials sent so you can remove that temp account.
The support token is still available on your account should you wish to redeem it at a later date.
