Hello –

The single event page is causing a conflict with the pop-ups in my footer. Please see http://0ae.f46.myftpupload.com/classes/jun-aug-lts-bh-thur/

Click on the footer links under locations and you will see that my normal content has been replaced with the content of the event page!

Thanks for your assistance in getting this corrected.

Hi Kristin,

How are you displaying those links?

Hi,

That’s really quite strange.

Have you tested with all other plugins disabled except EE and Ninja Pop Ups?

Have you tested with Theme Test Drive to see if the theme is having an effect?

If not, I would recommend doing so, so that we know for sure it’s an EE issue or not.

Dean,

It is not a conflict with the theme as the footer popups are deploying correctly on all other pages except the single event pages.

I really appreciate your help with this.

Thanks,
Kirstin

Hi,

Please can you clarify:

Have you tested with all other plugins disabled except EE and Ninja Pop Ups?
Have you tested with Theme Test Drive to see if the theme is having an effect?

The answers to those will help clarify whether there is a conflict between EE and a plugin, or EE and the theme.

Thanks!

Sorry for the delay in responding, I did disable all plugins except EE and Ninja Popups and the error still occurs.

When I enable Theme Test Drive the footer no longer appear so it is impossible to tell.

Hi Kirsten,

Your link returns a 404, can you give us an updated link? Also, is it a correct assumption that the pop ups you’re having trouble with are from a plugin, or are they from the theme? If I were to add the same pop ups to test on my site, how would I go about doing so?

Please try it again. I needed to update all my permalinks after using the Theme Test Drive plugin.

Hi Kirstin,

I checked and could not see the issue you reported, and I do not see the pop ups working on the other pages on the site. Can you contact the support staff for the pop up plugin, maybe they can take a look at this issue?
