I am wanting to simplify the emails that get sent to attendees as much as possible and would like them to just receive one email with confirmation of registration and a link to their ticket (as was the case in EE3).
At the moment attendees are getting two emails – one generated by ‘Ticket Notice’ template and one by the ‘Registration Approved’ template.
Hi Nick, you can add the following shortcode to the main content area for the registration approved message type for the registrant via the Messages system in your WP dashboard:
[TXN_TICKETS_URL]
Then go to Ticket Notice –> Registrant and remove the shortcode from the TO field and save changes.
