We have 1 space per event, therefore when people pull out of the booking before submitting a payment, the event becomes SOLD OUT and we have to manually make this available again, which we do not know how to do. We also do not receive any booking information for the registration.
Please find screenshots below of the event and ticket datetime sections of the page.
I have created a test event so you can test this. Please follow the page below and attempt to book a party. If you bail out before paying in Mijerh you can see that the event becomes SOLD OUT. Has this event been removed? I get 404 not found.
It’s expected that an event/datetime/ticket with a single space would show as sold out if that single space is reserved, but that should clear after the user’s session expires (roughly 1 hour by default) if they haven’t completed the registration which I know you mentioned isn’t happening.
If you go to Dashboard -> Settings -> Site health.
In the status tab does it show anything about WP_Cron at all?

Hi Tony,
I have completed another test and here is the registration from the backend. It is coming up as incomplete even after the hour has passed instead of being cleared. It is still showing as sold on the website. – https://snag.gy/funstC.jpg
I have fixed that test page if you would like to test it yourself.

In the status tab does it show anything about WP_Cron at all?
Or any issues with ‘scheduled events’?
