Hi Marcio, that shortcode needs an exact match including spacing to work.
The example that you shared in your screenshot has some spacing in the shortcode.
Does this work (removing the space between the asterisk and Tipo)?
[PRIMARY_REGISTRANT_ANSWER_*Tipo de Pessoa]
