Is there a way to show an event as cancelled as opposed to SOLD OUT? I know I can set the ticket limit to 0 and this will show the event as SOLD OUT but I don’t want to give the wrong impression so is there a way of doing this in either EE3 or EE4?

Hi there,
With EE4 you can set the status of the event to cancelled, that will show the event as ‘Cancelled’ within the event list and the single event view.

With EE3 you would need to update the event description to show the event had been cancelled and set the option ‘Display registration form’ to ‘No’ – http://take.ms/WZTZH
That will remove the registration form and you text explains the event is cancelled.
