Hi all,

I *thought* I asked this last year, but can’t find the thread so maybe not.

Whats the best way of getting all date times to show in the app under one heading?

i.e. when we’re checking people in, we’re using date times to control “extra” access (E.g. additional access to special seminars). So when the attendee arrives at the front desk, I’d like them to quickly see all things the person has registered for, and not have to rotate through loads of different date times.

I think the right way to do this is to add the main events datetime to the special ticket for these seminars, such that they would show under there as well as their own. Is that the best way to go?

Hi,

I think the only way you’ll get that information to display within the app is to clearly label the ticket name to include everything available with the purchase of the ticket. If they’re registering for multiple tickets then you’ll need to look at each ticket.
