How to do I get the people featured image to apear on their page. I’m sure i’m missing something but can’t seem to find a way to do this!

Hi,
This is actually controlled by your WordPress theme. I can see that your site uses the Jupiter theme, which has a setting for displaying/not displaying featured images. You’ll find the “Featured Image” setting by going to your site’s Theme Options > Blog > Blog Single Post page where you can activate the Featured Image option, and also set Featured Image height and Image Cropping.
