Hi, maybe a little back to front in what I want to do here. Is it possible to show expired tickets in the ticket selector until the event end date has passed?
So, for example:
I run a training course, say called Course X. The exact same course runs 6 times per year in Jan, Mar, May, Jul, Sept, Oct. So i set those 6 dates under the event date and times then create 1 ticket per per date linked to its specific date.
I want to restrict people from using online bookings from 2 weeks before the course date as we may not have enough people to run the course so instead contact us. So when the ticket sell to date has lapsed, I would like this to still show. But, then when the event date has passed for the ticket to be removed. Is this possible?

Hi there,
Whilst it would be possible to do, Event Espresso does not currently have the option to show expired tickets until the event end date and then hide them.
You can show expired tickets by enabling ‘Show Expired Tickets?’ within:
Event Espresso -> Events -> Templates -> Ticket Selector Template Settings
You would need some custom development to allow you do the above, likely using a custom ticket selector template which would need the help of a developer. We have some developer familiar with EE listed here:
