Hello, One issue that’s causing a mystery right now is that on the registration form, at the bottom, before the button that says “proceed to payment options” there is a tag, with no link in it, that says “show event questions.” Here is a screenshot: https://cloudup.com/cjRfR-7Aidr To view the staging site the password is: Live site URLs are: I looked in the settings for this event, and there are no questions beyond the “personal information” questions that are mandatory with events. On the ‘old’ (current) version of our site, this mysterious tag with no link it does not appear. So my question is: why is this there, and how can we remove it? Clicking on “show event questions” does nothing. In the HTML, there’s no URL for it to link to (noted above). So even if there were questions for that event, why would it not be linkable? Right now I don’t know what the function of that link is supposed to be. Is there a setting somewhere in the newer version of the plugin that I need to turn off? Is this a bug? Thank you.

Hi, The markup that you’re wondering about isn’t new, in fact if you check the source of your live site (https://www.bcplaytherapy.ca/) the same markup is there, but it’s hidden as expected. The reason it’s there is for the admin side of the registration form (the front-end registration shares the same template as the admin registration form). I checked, and I can see that a few of Event Espresso’s stylesheets are missing from loading on your staging site. The one in particular is http://bcpta.staging.wpengine.com/wp-content/plugins/event-espresso-core-reg/core/templates/global_assets/css/espresso_default.css The file is there, but it’s not loading. You could try re-saving the Critical Page settings, and try re-saving the page /registration-checkout/ page in WP > Pages. If neither of the above helps, you could also check in wp-content/uploads/espresso/css/ to see if there are any alternative files there. |

Ok thank you. I am using a plugin to disable some WP features that can slow down our site. One option is to disable dashicons. I noticed that turning this option on (to say ‘yes’ to disable dashicons) is somehow connected to a lot of CSS styles. Is this part also connected to it? |

Quite possibly, yes. If you say “no” to disable dashicons, does the stylesheet load as expected, with the result of “show event questions” no longer displaying? |
