I recently updated Event Espresso and now have run into a few formatting errors on the registration page. When I go to my registration page: http://www.financialcrimeconference.com/events/acfcs-2015-financial-crime-conference/ and click “Show details” the discounted rate does not appear and the formatting is off. Can someone please help with this ASAP? Thanks.

Hi Brian,
Does the issue continue with only Event Espresso 4 running?
Be sure to restore your plugins after testing.

Hi Lorenzo,
Disabling the plugins did not do anything, I still had the same problem. Do you have any other solutions that might help solve this problem ASAP?

Hi Brian,
Is the discount a flat fee amount? If so, then this is a known bug that was fixed in 4.3.1, have you updated the plugin to the latest version?

I believe it is a flat fee amount. We have updated to the latest version, this actually didn’t happen until we updated. Before that we did not have this problem. Another thing that started to happen was the formatting for the registration is not right, see the website: http://www.financialcrimeconference.com/events/acfcs-2015-financial-crime-conference/
It seems as though the word “Ticket” has been bumped down a line and it makes it looks messy.
If you check the website you’ll see very clearly what the formatting issues are, also when you click “show details.” You’ll also see clearly that the discount is not applied.

Hi,
Your site is still running 4.3.0, please update to 4.3.1 and see if the issue persists.
