The sample CSV for import shows as text only at the link. Should it be formatted as a spread sheet? I’m not sure how I would download it otherwise. Thanks.

If you download the CSV file and open it in a spreadsheet application, the spreadsheet application will format it as a spreadsheet.

There’s not a file to download. Just plain text. It’s copied and pasted below:

Hi Tom,
Which browser are you using so we can investigate?
If you right click on ‘here’ you should see the option to save. It can be worded differently per browser. ‘Save Link as…’ for example.

Using the latest version of Safari. Tried Chrome, too. But right-clicking and saving did work and I was able to open the .csv in Excel. Thanks!

I’m a Windows user but tested within Chrome and Firefox and had no issues.
I’ve opened a ticket to get this looked into on Mac.
Just confirm are you using the latest version of Event Espresso?(currently 3.1.36)
