Hi,
Is there a way for make ticket datetime more short?
Something like “Dia 1 (UNIT) – 12/09/2016 08:00 – 12/09/2016 18:00” to “Dia 1 (UNIT) – 12/09/2016 08:00 to 18:00

Hi Aurelio,

Yes, however currently there is no way to check that a datetime start and end date is on the same date. If all of your events are setup the same that won’t be a problem but its worth noting.

You can go to Event Espresso -> Messages -> Default Message Template -> Ticket.

The [DATETIME_LIST] section outputs the details for each datetime assigned to a ticket so you can edit the output there.

You should have something like this:

[DTT_NAME] [DATETIME_START] - [DATETIME_END]
[DTT_DESCRIPTION]

Change it to:

[DTT_NAME] [DATE_START] - [TIME_START] to [TIME_END]
[DTT_DESCRIPTION]

You can also remove the br and [DTT_DESCRIPTION] if preferred.
