When someone registers for an event, an email is sent thats supposed to contain the registrant details. (name, address, tickets etc), currently however only some of the details actually make it through. Its the default template Registration Pending Payment.

Does anyone have any ideas why the Address is missing?
Looking at your event it appears you are not requesting the Address Information from the attendee.
If you edit the event, then look in the sidebar you will find options to select the question groups for both the Primary Attendee and any Additional Attendee’s. Select Address information for at least the Primary Attendee – http://take.ms/y5aoj
