Hi Cesar, those are additions to the messages system which is used for notifications in Event Espresso 4. They cannot be used in other areas of Event Espresso 4.

Go to Event Espresso –> Messages. Now look for a message type that you would like to add this to such as the Registration Approved message type. Then click on the receipt that you would like to edit. For example, with these shortcodes, those would likely be helpful to the event admin so you can click on event admin.

You’ll now be viewing the event admin recipient for the registration approved message type. In the top right corner, you’ll see a link for help. Click on Help and then click on Message Shortcodes on the other side of the screen:

That area has information about all the available shortcodes for the messages system. You can scroll through to see the different ones.

Then go ahead and click on the Help tab in the bottom right area of the page to close that tab.

[EVENT_TOTAL_AVAILABLE_SPACES_*] & [EVENT_TOTAL_SPOTS_TAKEN] are available for use in the event list section which looks like this:

Add them there and then save.
