Our shortcodes were working a couple weeks ago but now nothing is showing.
I’ve tried known issues, themes, plugins but nothing seems to work
The critical pages seem to be working
site health is fine
I don’t think anything has changed on our end.

Hi there,
On your live site, it doesn’t look like Event Espresso is currently active?
Have you disabled that since this issue started?
On your staging site, looking at the REST API response for your events it looks like your events are all expired and [ESPRESSO_EVENTS] has the show_expired attribute set to false by default.
If you place [ESPRESSO_EVENTS] on a standard page, not using do_shortcode() (which really, if you’re doing the above though code you should just use EventListQuery directly) does it display any events there?
