Hello,
I need a shortcode to display only one specific event somewhere. How could I achieve this ?

Hi ADAGE,
The closest thing to a shortcode to display only one specific event is the Ticket Selector shortcode. When you’re viewing the event editor page, you’ll see a “Shortcode” button just below the event title field. If you click the “Shortcode” button it will open a “Shortcode” box where you can copy the contents, then paste the shortcode into a page or post.

THank you but this does not at all look like a single event shortcode ; I can’t believe such a simple shortcode hasn’t been developped ?!

The reason a shortcode hasn’t been developed is because Event Espresso outputs the single event to a custom post type.
