Hello- New plugin user – have had a few issues, have searched the forums, I’ve still got no answer/ reason why the shortcode & critical pages aren’t showing up for us.
I’ve downloaded and reinstalled the plugin, made new copy of a the registration page and have saved the EE pages to my siteground SuperCache exclusion links.

And now- on the event that I have recreated a few times, I can’t even select a quantity of ticket or click & expand the event details.
Help!

Hi Taylor,

Thank you for contacting us today.

Can you please share a direct link to the page so that we can check the issue for you?

Looking forward to helping you.

Sure- here’s the event page link:

Here’s the checkout page that has the shortcode on it, but it’s not loading:

1. When I visit your event page, I cannot select a ticket. https://www.screencast.com/t/QHNnhy1HJJ

1.2 You can see a couple console errors on the page (wp.com stats and google maps). Double check you have your API keys (Event Espresso > Registration Forms > Reg Form Settings) entered in Event Espresso, or disable maps in your Event Espresso venue.

2. I don’t see the shortcode on that page, just the tiles: https://www.screencast.com/t/Xl87MIgJi7

Hi there,

Looking over the content of those pages, it is actually loading but the content is being forced off the page.

A quick fix for this right now is to add:

a#checkout,
div#espresso-notices {
    display: none;
}

To Appearance -> Customize -> Additional CSS.

I’ll check into this a little more to see if there is a better option.

that quick fix worked for getting the ticket counter to display correctly and the checkout page to actually initiate. Thank you!

Hi,

Thanks for letting me know it worked 🙂

Just to clarify, the shortcodes were already initiating before the above, they are parsing content and being output to the page as expected but because your main content div is using a flexbox and we have a div floated left -9999px it throws the content of that section off to the left.

The above CSS prevents that which is why I called it a quick fix but have created a ticket to see what else we can do in the future.
