I am trying to use the shortcodes. When I put the event shortcode on a page I get the registration box for the event but not the other info about the course. Are there shortcodes that would allow me to add these to the page so I can build a custom event page.

Hi,
Available shortcodes for Event Espresso 4 are shown in the Help & Support tab in the WordPress admin.
They are also listed on this page:
https://eventespresso.com/wiki/event-espresso-4-shortcodes/
The closest option at this time is the ticket selector:
[ESPRESSO_TICKET_SELECTOR event_id=”your_event_id”]
You would still need to add additional content for the custom event page.
