hi |
|
i also need to change this text You can register a maximum of 5 attendees for this event. |
Hi Blue, Just to confirm this is using EE3, correct?
If you view this thread: https://eventespresso.com/topic/cart-ticket-dropdown-defaults-to-0/ Josh posted an example of how to do this with jQuery.
The best way to achieve this is by ‘translating’ the string to whatever you would prefer. For a simple one line translation such as this I would recommend using the plugin mentioned here: https://eventespresso.com/wiki/how-to-change-wording-with-poedit/#plugins The string you need to translate is “You can register a maximum of %d attendees for this event.” be sure to include the %d in your new string for the number of attendees. Does that help? |

Hi, I’ve tested with Chrome, IE and Firefox and not had any issues registering on any of the events. However there is a difference with one of your event links – http://take.ms/N4vA2 It is outputting raw PHP. I’m unsure why but it appears the template has been modified so could be a result of that. There is also the option of altering the core function to default to 1, there is a problem with this method in that the total will not refresh to show the correct amount on page load (using the JS method it does) If you would like to try that look here: https://eventespresso.com/topic/number-of-attendees-set-to-0-by-default/ The line number may be slightly different now, looks like it is actually 1237. |

it appears that this error only happens when logged in as bluelevel |
Is there a difference between that account and the others? Does it happen for all events when using that account? If you revert back to the standard Event Espresso templates does the same happen? |

Hi Blue Level, Please see the solution outlined in this thread: https://eventespresso.com/topic/set-minimum-attendees-at-1-not-0-mulitple-registration/ |
