Shipping address is blank so credit card is denied

We have had problems with our credit card processing, so we are implementing Authorize.net’s fraud detection suite. One filter examines the shipping address, and if there is something suspicious, it fails the transaction.

IT seems that the shipping address in EE4 is not filled in, and so charges are not going through. Is there a way to force the billing address information to be used for the shipping address? We aren’t shipping anything, but we would like it to be filled in.

Hi Lawrence,

Event Espresso doesn’t have any shipping features so the shipping address is not used.

Have you considered using AVS matching? That should check that the billing address matches the bank card that is being used.
