I have a number of small questions that have to do with how I configure Event Espresso. Here is my current list: Event List Prospect Management: |
Hi Bob, Thanks for reaching out. I’ll follow up with each of your questions below:
There are a few ideas you can try in this guide:
There’s a setting in Event Espresso > Events > Templates that lets you control the venue details there on the list. I’ve gone ahead and changed this for you.
May I ask where is it that you’re trying to change the menu order? Which items are you trying to re-order?
That’s actually added by your WordPress theme. I’ve hidden it by adding some CSS to your Custom CSS editor.
You can turn off comments within the event editor page’s Discussion box. You uncheck the box next to Allow comments. You can use this plugin to turn off comments everywhere on the site.
Yes, you already have the Events Table template add-on installed so you can add the https://eventespresso.com/wiki/events-table-view-template-add-on/
No EE doesn’t have that type of functionality if they’re not already registered as attendees for an event. You should be able to use MailChimp to manage and send messages to lists and groups. |

Josh, Thanks! The “Display Order” problem shows up on the Espresso Events – Events -> Templates tab. I cannot drag any of the items and the up or down arrows do nothing. Bob |
Hi Bob, There’s actually an option that’s just above where you change the display order that lets you switch that feature on/off. So before you can start rearranging the order of the items, you need to set Use Custom Display Order? to Yes. |
