Not entirely sure what to write here. Looking for assistance in preliminary setup. What information is needed?

Thank you!

Hi Matt,

You can send us the needed information by going to your account page and click the link where it says:

To redeem your token(s) please complete this form

Please fill out the form completely, and let us know which version of Event Espresso you would like installed along with the add-ons you want installed.

Yep! Just finished it.

As for the setup, I assume we’d take the EE3 with ALL the add ons available to the “Business License” version EXCEPT for “Social Coupons Integration” and “MailChimp Integration”.

I put a note in there concerning the FTP access. After reviewing this setup process, I’m assuming the FTP access is required to upload the add-on software. I’ve included this in a business case and will get your credentials in the next hour. I hope it’s ok if I post them here?

Thanks, Josh!

Sorry for the long response time on this. All automated Event Espresso e-mails were going to our corporate spam filter. I added the rule and upgraded the requested permissions. Please let me know if there needs to be more done.

Thanks,
