For our events, a school (for example) may sign up 10 or more teachers at a time (or 2, 3, 4, etc..) When they are being registered at the same time is there a way to only ask for some of the information ONCE (like school name, address, billing contact, etc…) or does all of that info have to be re-typed for every attendee? OR, is there an option for certain fields to repopulate for each additional attendee so they don’t have to type it in 20 times?? I am looking for an option on the “questions” to show “required only for 1st registration” or something like that. Ideas? I have EE4

Hi there,
Within the event you set which question groups are required for the Primary Registrant’ and also which question groups are required for the ‘Additional Registrants’ – http://take.ms/1CBvc
It sound slike you have the question groups selected for additional registrants, but you don’t actually want to request those questions.
If you uncheck the checkboxes for additional registrants EE will only request the details once regardless of the qty of tickets selected.
Is that what you are looking for?
