I am looking for the best way set set up a tickets for event. The tickets are for access to gallery event. The gallery event runs daily for a few months and users need to be able to pick a ticket type (child, adult) and date to attend in the checkout process. is this possible
Do you need to set ticket limits for each specific date?
With EE4 each ‘datetime’ is an instance of the event, you then assigned tickets to that datetime. So in-order to setup your ticket requirements each datetime would need 2 tickets (Adult and Child) and then all of these tickets will be displayed within the ticket selector at once, which would not be very user friendly.
If you do not need limits per datetime you could have 1 set of tickets and request which date the user would prefer to attend within the registration question (again not ideal)
I’ll check in with the rest of the team and see if they have any ideas.
