I will now be starting to host events in Two different timezones.
I was looking at post: https://eventespresso.com/topic/ee4-set-time-zone-per-event/
And I understand that 7 years ago this wasn’t on the roadmap. Is it now?
Are there any workarounds?

Time zone is a WordPress General Settings, not a Event Espresso setting. We have not added a feature to override the WordPress time zone.
I’d recommend just typing in the date and times into the event description so that it is exactly as you want it to say.
You will want to adjust the date and times that the tickets start/end selling to accommodate for the different time zone.
You can also use CSS to hide any date and time information you don’t want displayed.
