i have search for an solution of our Problem in your forum and i found that: https://eventespresso.com/topic/set-ticket-selector-to-2/
in this case the user want default 2.
my customer want now in any cases (more tickets for one event) a 0 value.

but we have per default “1,2,3” how can i change it?

the “how-to” wiki is unfortunately gone ๐Ÿ™

Hello,

I’m not sure if I understand the issue. Do you have any minimum or maximum setup for the pricing option? This is usually setup through the gear icon (advanced area) of the ticket editor.

If so, try removing them and saving changes to the event. That should default to 0 which means a guest will need to pick a quantity.

Minimum and maximum is set to 0. If i delete and save and setup again we have also the effect that QTY is 1,2,3 but 0 isnt there.

Hi there,

Maximum should not be set to 0. Can you remove that? If you can post a link to the event page, and a screenshot of the advanced section of the ticket editor, we’ll have a clearer picture of what’s happening and can advise further.

Hi there,

You can allow that ticket selector to default to 0 by unchecking the box next to “This ticket is required”.
