Hello, I’ve a problem. During paiement, some people receive a error message. https://pacinfo.ch/wp-content/uploads/2018/05/Unknown.jpeg The message is in german beacause the site Web is in german but the problem is during paiement, a Server Timing Error. I’ve read in some tickets problem with Bot Trap. I’ve disabled these options. Is it right! I need a quick ansewer beacause the event is running right now! Thanks a lor |
Hi there, Can you link me to an event I can use to test a registration? The above can happen for 2 reasons: 1 the user submitted the form really quickly after the page loaded. I need to test a registration to check for either of those. |

This is the actual event. Thanks for your test. The problem is during the paiement… I don’t know if you really want to pay…LOL… By the way I can refund you if we really need to proceed that way |
That’s a different site than the one linked to your support license, do you have another account linked to that site? Also, are you 100% sure that error is thrown after payment? That site is using Stripe which uses a modal on the checkout page and then directs you to the thank you page, the code that throws that error is ran on the checkout page which loads before payment is made. It would usually be thrown between the user selecting tickets and being directed to the checkout page. |

Yes I do… **removed** You can check! Sorry… I’m used to write ticket on my private account… email arriving in the right inbox! It’s difficulte to answer. When I proceeded my test… everything war working great. By you have probably right: it’s between the selecting tickets and the checkout page.

No problem, we just have to check for a valid support license 🙂
Ok, so I can’t see any caching headers on the site but are you running any caching plugins? Or does your host run any server side page caching? (best to check with them if you are unsure as they’ll need to exclude EE from that caching for it to function correctly). If caching is enabled it could be that the Swiss users hit the server at just the right time to trigger the error, then the cache cleared and so far that race condition hasn’t been met again yet. |

Ok. I’m going to see with the webmaster. Thanks for your help. It seems to work right now! |
