Sending out tickets to manually added attendees EE3

Hello,

I see you can add attendees manually to the backend of the site which is great. In testing I receive an email to state I have registered but I do not receive a copy of my ticket via email. Is there a way to automate this for manually added attendees? We woudl be adding attendees manually if they phone in to buy a ticket.

Hello Robert,

If you add the [ticket_link] email tag into the Registration Confirmation email under Event Espresso > General Settings, a link to the ticket will be included in the email that goes out.

Hello,

Thank you for that. I had thought about that but we do not want that link to be emailed untill the ticket is paid for in full, not at registration.

Hi,

You can set the option “Send registration confirmation emails before payment is received?” to No.

This will mean no registration emails go out until payment has been confirmed.

(Found in the Event Espresso > General Settings page)
