I see you can add attendees manually to the backend of the site which is great. In testing I receive an email to state I have registered but I do not receive a copy of my ticket via email. Is there a way to automate this for manually added attendees? We woudl be adding attendees manually if they phone in to buy a ticket.
If you add the [ticket_link] email tag into the Registration Confirmation email under Event Espresso > General Settings, a link to the ticket will be included in the email that goes out.
You can set the option “Send registration confirmation emails before payment is received?” to No.
This will mean no registration emails go out until payment has been confirmed.
